摘 要
伴随着新一轮课程改革的春风,广大小学英语教师以先进的理念为指导,以《英语课程标准》为目标和方向,积极投身于教学研究中去,上了一大批经典课、优质课,积累了一些很好的经验,这些都使我看到了希望,看到了努力的方向.我也试着精心准备、上了又改,改了又上,试着渗透新课标理念,优化小学英语教学结构,提高课堂教学质量的课题进行改革的新尝试。要让学生在学习英语的过程中打好基础,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言运用能力,就要帮助学生在学习过程中提高学习自信,在多种课堂活动和训练中感受习得英语的魅力。由此,优化教学结构,激发学生的学习兴趣,以学生为中心,精心设计教学活动,既能较好地完成课堂教学任务,也能体现新课标的教育理念。
为此我专门设计了的四个星期的课堂教学实践活动来尝试各种教学方法,优化自己的教学结构,提高教学效率。在活动过程中问题分析、问卷调查以及有效小组活动等理论方法有效地提高了教学效率。

Abstract
With a new round curriculum reform, a large number of Primary school English teachers participate in teaching research actively, they have a lot of classical class and high quality class, accumulate some good experience. They regard advanced concept as a guide, the English course standard as the goal and the direction. I see the hope from them, I find the direction of my endeavor, I also try to prepare lesson carefully, change after each class, I try to penetrate concept of new curriculum, optimize the structure of primary school English teaching, to improve the quality of teaching reform .if we want make students lay a solid foundation in the process of learning English, master English knowledge and skills gradually, improve the ability of language, we should helped students to improve self-confidence in the process of learning and experience the charm of learning English
From varieties of classroom activities and training, optimizing the structure of teaching, stimulating students' interest in learning, regarding students as the center, designing teaching activities careful, all these can complete the task of classroom teaching well, also can reflect education of new concept .I specially design a four-week class activities to try all kinds of teaching methods, optimize the structure of my own teaching, improve the teaching efficiency. The problem analysis, questionnaire investigation and group activities, such as these theoretical methods improve the teaching efficiency effectively in the process of activities.
